simple days.

Callie: "mommy, I really..really.. re re re re really (stuttering) want to say sorry. do you forgive me?" her new thing. asking for forgiveness. also I hear lots of "Pretty please mama" with foot stomping.

"mommy, move your butts." about my sitting on a chair. WHAT!? haha she likes to be exactly where I am 24/7

Elaine has learned "no. no. no.no.no" yay.

I somehow plan to have an event at our house a few times.. every week. haha this was a surprise baby shower for Aubrey! so many ladies showed up (and like 25 kids under kinder age) we had a really good time and spoiled Aubrey :)

I LOVE having the space to DO THINGS. all the things.

  lynley after I told her that the dog was probably going to a different home because no one here seems interested in training a puppy :" well I have a plan! i'm going to come home (from school) march out there and play with him for 6 hours!" then walks out the door and slams it behind her as she runs to get the bus. I was standing there like.. what just happened?!

 ells sleeps in her own bed WITHOUT a bottle every night and naps now! yay! no more rotting little teeth! shes still up at night usually. but that's ok :)

tyler is getting his powered parachute up and running. he's also busy busy bee with the young men. but pretty much any amount of business is NOTHING compared the last year, so it's like wow we have nothing going on. ha ha

it's simple days we live. but they are really good. and loud. and funny. and sad. and all of it all rolled into one. its a good season of life. :)

even when babies take apart a whole thing of sticky notes and roll in them. anything for 10 minutes of quiet entertained Elaine! ;)
