A perfect concoction of friends, family, sun, fun, adventures, animals, gas prices, wonderfully running car, red rock, hiking, holding hands, loud laughing, and love of course!
We last minutely decided to jump in our car and follow our cousin Jordan down to his parents house in St George. we tossed the idea back and forth..we wanted to go..but i was just nervous with lynley and all. I'M SO HAPPY WE WENT! Barbara and Brett let us stay with them, and really went above and beyond for us! I have met them a few times, but i never knew how much fun their family is! On saturday me and ty went to Zions Natl Park and hiked all day! we bought a hiking baby backpack on our way out of town, and it was so fuN! If you've never been to zions, you gotta go. it's beautiful!! Brett and Barbara have a a bunch of horses, and brett really wanted us to go on this awesome horse ride..Now, first of all., i'm terrified of horses. I've never really been taught about them..and my dads really scared of them, and i just never have been interested in them. Tyler loves them and grew up with them...so i was nervous about this horse ride..to say the least! They convicned me taht i will love it, and that i'd be able to ride the MULE! haha it was AWESOME! my mule just stuck his head in the horse in front of his's bum and all i really had to do was HOLD ON! :) I loved loved loved it. I even advanced to galloping by monday! And, it was just so fun being able to be outside, on a horse, in a beautful red rock canyon, being able to do something with ty that he really enjoys, and i won't lie, i really liked it too! We can't wait to go back and visit them, and can't thank them enough for all they did for us this weekend! (barbara watching my baby so i could learn to love horses!)
PLUS we got to enjoy warm sunny weather. It was awesome.

I've always wanted to hike around Zions! So fun... and horses are tons of fun!
