want vs need

i want to get my camera out and start pouring over all the fun photos.
i want to get on the treadmil and attempt to reverse the last 10 days.
i want to weed my garden..who decided to triple in size and produce veggies yum.
i want to vacuum and clean out my car. badly.

but. ineed sleep.
after pulling in last night around 11, and finding my sleeping baby
burning up with a 103.6 temp....
a bath that brought it down to a measly 102.5!
finally after some meds started kicking in at a safe 100.

and then. her in bed with us..for fear of that fever spiking agian.
and then at 6am when her tummy was growling she was so hungry..
and ilook in my pantry and fridge and there is literally nothing but
cabbage and and onion and some mustard...
we have to run to walmart first thing to resupply.


ugh. i'm tired.
she's exhausted..which at this point is a good thing.
becasue my bed is once again calling my name.
