Lynley turns 5!!

it was such a great weekend! tylers birthday was on friday. we went out to dinner with friends and family, and then did a little go-karting. he turned the big 3-0! i'm married to an old man.

(he even planned for my mom to fly out on a buddy pass and totally surprise me! and lyn!! it was like it was my birthday with that treat!!)

on saturday, we rented a bounce house and had invited like 13 of lynley's "best friends" haha she literally gave me a list of 13-14 kids her age that were her absolute bestest friends. i was so happy. it's just all i've wanted for her... and one of my biggest worries about moving to the country. my little extrovert feeling isolated and without friends. well, no need to worry! anyways, we rented the bounce house and had a BBQ, we had a pinata, and a big costco sheet cake with a princess crown on it. the girl was in heaven. i think i just smiled all day long, watching her smile, all day long.

it was sorta windy and a bit chilly as usualy with that april 26th birthday.. but everyone was good sports and the kids worked up a sweat anyways!

lets see if i can do names here: Noah, Remi, Lucy, Kaylee, Chandler, Callie, Haylee, Kinzie, Lynley, Callie, Evelyn, Kutter, and Liam!
i am so appreciative to the parents too... i live at least 10 minutes (if not more!) from every single one of these kiddos. and it's busy farming season. and still, look at all those friends! she felt beyond special, and the truth is, i did too. i felt loved and apart of a community.. and for that i am so so so thakful for.

lynley. i cannot believe our baby girl is FIVE. you are such a special girl. and we are super blessed to be your parents. i cannot wait to celebrate more and more and more birthdays with you. i love you more then i ever thought i could love someone. and i am so thankful to have you as my girl. forever and ever.
