a lynley moment

so. the past few days, out of the blue little miss sunshine will explode with this crazy word.

ZOOOGIT. ZOOGIT. ZOOGIT.

what the heck is she saying? i'm pretty dang good at understanding her every word, phrase, look, eyeroll, squeel, cry, whine, laugh etc.

but zoogit?
i'm totally lost!
and she just says it over and over agian..as if she knows i don't get it and she kinda thinks it's funny.
i keep saying "show me" and seh just repeats it "zooogit mom"

finally, today, a BREAK THROUGH!

ready?

she starts drumming on her table saying "mom, i play ZOOGIT!"

MUSIC!

HALLELUJLLAA.

she as just pleased as pie with herself for finally getting mom to understand.
and i thought she was as cute as pie. although i am not a huge fan of pie..hmph. as cute as fresh pink cotton candy then.

anyways, just reminded me of how much i love this stage with her. all her silly words, and expressions.
she is full of it! oh the drama!
we sure love her.
tonight she read us her book she made in nursery, about how Jesus made the "aminals" and the "hop-hop's" (bunnys) and how Jesus made the moon, "can i hold it mom?" (she answers herself) "no! too high!" with her head all tilted all dramatically and concerned.
pretty dang cute.

i've said it three million trillion times.
stop growing little one.
