domesticness & christmas.

this year, i got bit by the bug.
this rarely happens, and so when it does..everyone just get out of my way.
i mean..i just keep the door closed to the spare bedroom..because it is a dangerous place.

here are the latest, and the LAST of our christmas decor.
i do it simple round these parts.. i cannot handle the clutter.
so here it is..in all it's glory.

i made stockings.
and i love them. tyler doesn't really get them..
"why did you make them out of trash material?"
" i paid for it."
"yeah..but why?"
haha men.

i also made this bad boy.
enter tree skirt.
thank you pinterest..
it took me a loonggg time and about 100 glue sticks..
but i love it.

cards ready to be mailed.

my lovely front door.
and tyler said this was going to be hard!
ha!
i showed him! took me all of 3.2 minutes.

the three amigo's stockings all hung together.
arent't they the cutest?
especially the girls ones.
oh i just love those little snowballs thingys.

"court" i just the ugliest thing to embroider.
i mean the UGLIEST. even my own mother said so.
so.i opted for mom, and im in a serious debate wether to take ty's apart
and do dad instead. i dunno.

wellp. haha that  is it.
our whole xmas decor can be summed up in really, probably 3 photos.
i stretched it a bit.
hehe

k..now i'm working on lyns room! and i am liking it.

also..i am in another debate:
we are seriously considering (pretty much for sure) doing christmas this weekend.
hah
it's just..we're going to be in washington for real christmas, and i wanted to get lyn a play kitchen!
i am not hauling that thing across country. and the fact is..she would have no clue. and that way, we still get to do xmas with her, and enjoy that, and do washington too.
i just keep thinking, that i am never going to get this christmas back with her! she is just at such a fun age, i really want to enjoy it!
so, anyways, i'm pretty excited about it.
i'm thinking we do it on saturday night, that way we can do "christmas morning" sunday morning haha
we're funny.
and genius.
