me and tyler went to the temple the other night..and ever since then, lynley has been asking to go as well.
so last night, we took her to the temple.
we walked around,
we talked about angel "a-ron-a"
she couldn't really get Moroni.
but, it was great. & we talked about when she gets married there.
and she begged to go inside, but we told her she had to wait a few years.
it was a really great moment, as this amazing little girls mom.
even to a two year old..i can tell that she recognizes simple truths.
even on the temple grounds, she knew it was a special place.
i am excited to share this earthly expirience with her, to teach her, and watch her grow in her understanding, and testimony.
my favorite thing, was to tell her, that families can be together forever.
explaining that, is a litte hard to a 2 year old..
but i will tell her all day long. because it is true!
and that is one of my most cherished blessings.
and on a totally different note..
we did get her valentines in the mail!
she had fun decorating the envelopes.
(those giant wood crayons are from brazil, arent they awesome?! they had huge ones too)
it's friday agian!
yay!
tonight tyler gets to go a Jazz game.
tomorrow night my dad has put together a band for his ward and a little vday dance or something.
I COULDN'T BE MORE EXCITED.
my dad is a bomb drummer.
not to mention in about an hour one of beans friends invited her to a vday party..
which has been threatened to be taken away multiple times...
just today.
grrr. sometimes that two year old can be sweet as pie..
and others..
haha
happy weeknd.
