Lynley played soccer this year! She was on a team the “bobcats” (her school’s mascot) with all her little friends. It was pretty fun to watch her out there.. she got hit in the stomache once while playing goalie and decided that she was done with that position. Ha and she soon figured out that the “brown boys” were the team stars who scored all of our goals.. so she started making requests to her coach to put in with them. She got all the glory and cheering without the skills. She ran up and down that field like a champ. With many upon many cartwheels and dance moves and thumbs up to the crowd.
I really did love watching her though. Watching her healthy,
strong body run and laugh and be apart of a team was a really fun mom moment.
