EASTER! sanette did an egg hunt for the kids. there were TONS of eggs to find!

when we FLEW in a private tiny plane to ST GEORGE for jakes first appointment with the laser. i truly believed in the laser from day one. and after a long period of.. just down. this trip was a nice.. up. just not a hospital. and someone telling him that there was HOPE. hope without being sick. and i really still believe in the laser. oh. jake flew the plane. and did zero gravity and we laughed so hard.

while in utah i was able to take lynley and bennett through the payson temple. it was so beautiful and the kids loved it and felt the special spirit there.

jakes 18th birhtday. we made him a cake. sang. and went and played laser tag. i hadn't had that much fun in along time. love him.

the fourth of july! it was such a fun day. we played and ate. and had our very own firework show! 

so typical of these two. the minute i pull my camera out.. just have to goof off! sums up their relationship perfectly. 

We were able to be there when Jake went through the temple. it was a very special experience for me.. to see him go through the veil, and then to meet him in the celestial room. it was just something that i will tuck away forever!
