wellp, we lasted 2 whole days.
50 wet panites later.
one turd on the carpet.
one potty turned storage place for all and every toy in the basket.
one frazzled mother.
& now we're back to one almost 2 year old in diapers.
hmph.
i have recieved advice like, once you start, you're commited. but..ya see..it just didn't work out that way. haha why am i laughing about this? maybe so i don't start crying.
i just though she'd catch on so quick! like that othet little girl at the park that never had an accident, and just magically became potty trained after her mom started the process.
granted, i assume that i'm giving up too early. i mean heck, it's only been 2 days. but i read that if there totally completely not getting it after two days, they're not ready. so..that's what i'm saying. for now. atelast. grrrr. humph. sigh. tear. giggle. throw my hands in the air in dispair.

on another totally not related topic: my grammar.
i know that i spell like crap. and i know that i don't capitalize, and i know that my grammar is really bad. but the thing is, when i type i often type every other word backwards, or at least a few letters are backwards. i have no idea why this is, so what you see here, is actually taking me alot of work, correcting. i don't correct them all. because i figure you can get what i'm saying. you can catch my drift, ya see?
so. if oyu hate reading my grammar/spelling/uncapitalized words/backwards letters, i totally understand. but the truth is...i can read it just fine. and hopefully my children will read this someday and realize what they don't want to become is a chick who can't spell. ya see? and another truth is that, this little bloggy goodness is for us. so...deal! or don't deal. that is the question?

i hate potty training. the end.

So I bought Jett some toonies and yeah he lasted for about 20 minutes before he peed (sp) in them. I told him he has to tell me when he needs to go potty. I told Danny he had to sit down and go pee so Jett could see how it worked. LOL Then to add to the goodness of it all, he has pooped twice in the bathtub in ONE week. What the heck. Good luck. If something works for you, share here on this end.
best news all day. that somewhere else in the world there is another mother who is doing the same thing i'm doing.
haha
i've heard boys are harder...gotta teach them to aim! LOL
Good luck!
2 year olds aren't ready to be potty trained. Their little bladder muscles aren't strong enough, so don't worry.
Just wash put all the toonies away and she'll be ready for them before you know it.
I love how we all know what toonies are. lol Ya gotta love family words.
I love reading your blog! You are so open and honest and I love it! Just wanted to tell ya that! And it took Josie a couple months to potty train. And we did start and stop a few times but in the end it worked. I got to stressed out when I tried to make her do it no matter what and then I would get mad at her and that wasn't fair to her so good choice... it will happen when she is ready!
