new baby.

not literally. but i did get a shiney new lens! and i feel like i must treat her as gently as a newborn. she's so pretty..and so much better than my old one!(who pooped out on me finally) i have a few photo shoots coming up and i needed to show up with some equipment..you know? i mean how would it be if i just showed up with no camera? "sorry folks, doesn't look like it's happening today.."

haha anyways..today is the worlds crappiest weather. and the forecast isn't predicting anything less crappy in the 5-day. and lets face it..any predictions after 3-5 days are pretty much worthless. right?

so today we stopped into dads work to show off the new glass & lynley loves going there. because she loves tractors. i am beginning to think that this bleeding green thing really is genetic. becausei mean, i love john deere, because it's our career. but i do'nt think i have a very well rounded opinion on the matter. but lynley. she bleeds green. she loves her some tractors. she says "daddy ride tractor dad. weeee ride tractor!" until he does it. it's pretty funny. today one of the guys working the parts counter had on his JD hat. and lynley just wouldn't give up on the fact that she too needed "tractor hat". so the guy whipped out this pretty pink tractor hat. hopefully i'll be able to pry it off her head for bed and church on sunday!

tomorrow is friday. and with all the papers & tests behind us..this weekend will be heavenly! (yes even I am writing papers. i'm smart to ya know)
